The Light

Through the darkest of our days
There's a Light that's shining.
Out on this sea called Life,
There's a Beacon set for you and me

Though my ship be tossed about
And it seems the end is near
And temptation is all around me -
Still this Light shines on.

This Light is Jesus
He's our Ray of hope
When all hope has passed away
And our day has turned to darkness.
Still this Light shines
across the waters.
Lighting the Way for you and me.
