Dear Ms. Rickard,
I have recently begun researching my family history. In a box of
documents from a deceased great-uncle and great-aunt, I found funeral
cards for Alfred Coulombe and his wife, Marie Jane Perreault.
The card for Coulombe states:
Born at Arthabaska, P.Q., on June 7, 1851; died at Gorham, N.H. on May
2, 1917, ages 65 years.
The card for Perreault states:
Beloved wife of Fred Coulombe
Born at Sorel P.Q., on March 12, 1855; died at Gorham, N.H. on October
4, 1916, at the age of 61 years.
These cards were issued by The Keystone Press, Manchester, N.H.
I'm not sure yet how these people tie into my family. Most likely they
are related to my aunt, Rita Doris Muzzrall (also known as Mazerolles and
Mozeralle), whose parents were Louis Muzzrall and Eva Roy of Caribou and
Old Town, Maine.
It is also possible that they are related to my uncle, Armand Joseph
Therrien, whose parents were: Henri Therrien and Evelina Bourdeau (both
born in Canada).
If you would be interested in receiving a photocopy of these funeral
cards to help you with your research, please let me know and I'd be
happy to send it.
Sincerely,
