Crocheted Dishcloths

You can create your own dishcloth just by using a pattern for a square that you really enjoy. The dishcloths pictured below are from a book titled "101 Crocheted Squares."

This square is the snowflake square that I also used for a potholder. All I did was use 100% worsted weight cotton yarn and an I hook. It came out to be about 12 inches square.

This is square Number 1. It usually has a pansy crocheted and sewn on top. I did this one without the pansy and using 100%worsted weight cotton yarn with an I hook. It looks like pineapples coming out from the center.

Try this with any square pattern, cotton yarn and a large hook. You will be pleasantly surprised at what you get.
