Here are photographs of some of the donations that were received and distributed to
the children in the program. We had enough left over to
give some of the siblings slippers and toys also.
A big thank you to all the wonderful people that made this a warm Christmas for these children.
A big thank you also to the inmates at Ely State Prison that take the skeins of yarn
we sent and crochet it into even more hats and scarves every year. If you would like
to donate unused skeins of yarn (not balls or partially used skeins-they are not allowed
as things can be smuggled into the prison that way) for this project this and future years,
please email me at smile@idsely.com and I will send you the mailing address for the yarn.
