Pop Ring Hyacinths

These look nice placed in your garden or in your home in a vase.

Materials:
Wire - Not quite as thick as clothes hanger wire
30 or more individual separated pop rings
Large safety pin
Spray Paint - 1 flower color and 1 green(stem) color
I like to do the flowers in 2 or more shades of the same color for contrast. Several in purple, several in lavender and several in a shade in between. I used white as a contrast for the example. Gold looks very nice for an indoor arrangement.

Directions:

Separate the six-pack rings into individual rings. You do not need to trim the edges as this adds to the realistic look of the flowers. Using the safety pin, poke a hole in each end of the ring.

Twist the top of the wire into a small loop to hold the rings on.

Start placing the rings on the wire through the holes 1 at a time with the ring facing up.

Continue until all rings are placed alternating around the stem(wire) as tight or loose as you want. Make sure that the last few rings placed are turned down for the bottom.

Add a dab of glue to the stem under the last ring to hold the rings on.

When glue dries, take outside and spray paint the flowers the color you have chosen making sure to cover completely. When dry, paint the stem and let dry or wrap in floral tape.

When the paint is dry, you may place them in your garden or arrange in a vase.
