Tiny Tot Helmet

I am in the process of revising this pattern to make it a little easier to understand. I have had various comments, some helpful and others not so nice, to help this pattern since it seems so popular. For this reason I have learned a few additional shaping techniques and will see what I can do to make this pattern easier to understand.
