Journal Jar - Here is a craft you can make for Mother's Day or even a birthday. It is a Journal Jar. The directions are quite simple and it is so easy and economical to make. I have included the directions, the cover for the jar and the strips to go inside.

Kids Craft Recipes - It is getting close to the time that the kids are out for the summer and will have a lot of time on their hands. Here area a few tried and true recipes for craft fun that the kids can make and have fun with.

Free Patterns - I have tons of patterns from knitting to crocheting. Each month I am going to give out a knit pattern for a beanie baby outfit. I have several to keep you busy and so it may take the summer to get them out. Maybe then I will create some crocheted ones. I was going to sell the patterns but decided that it would be more of a bother and decided they would be more appreciated this way. The pattern for May is a Bathrobe with Slippers. I also have a Crocheted Shell Stitch Bag Holder made with a kitchen towel to match your towel toppers. It works up very fast and is a nice addition to your kitchen to hold your plastic grocery bags. I have a few other patterns and will post them later this month.
