Young United Methodist Students (YUMS) YUMS is a special program for 5th and 6th grade youth, Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:00pm from September-May. They meet in Rooms 21 & 22. There will be fun fellowship and Bible study each week along with special events through out the year. . United Methodist youth Fellowship (UMYF) UMYF programs are designed by youth for those in Jr. High & Sr. High. Programs include fellowship activities, group discussions, community and church service projects and retreats. in addition, youth have a visible role on church committees where they learn how decisions are made and that it takes to run a church. Our goal is to provide a variety of opportunities for our youth to learn and to practice Christian values, to encourage and appreciate one another and to be recognized and applauded for their contribution to their church, community and families. In doing so, we feel our youth will learn to trust and give their lives to God so that they may rejoice in their blessings and find peace in a solid faith-based life. .
