Arminda Albert, 81, of Caryville died Saturday morning in Parkwest Hospital, Knoxville. She was a member of Vasper Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman Albert.

Survivors include one son, T.J. Albert and wife, Wilma of Oak Ridge; one daughter, Lois Fay Hopson and husband, Leon of Clairfield; one brother, Roy Stewart of Flat Lick, KY; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services was Monday in the chapel of Martin Funeral Home, Lake City with the Rev. Kenny Gilliam officiating. Burial followed in Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens.
