Eleanor (Ellie) Inez Bailey, 52, of Andersonville, died Feb. 14 at her home.

A member of Temple Baptist Church in Powell, she was known as a loving and caring person and took pleasure in doing good deeds for her fellowman.

Survivors include her husband, Robert E. Bailey Sr.; a son Robert E. Bailey Jr., both of Andersonville; daughters, Kim Smith of Claxton; Elanda Mason of Powell; parents, Fred and Leora Seiber of Andersonville; brother, the Rev. Tony Seiber of Spartanburg, SC; a sister, Delores Baxter of Andersonville; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Clarence Sexton officiating. Burial was at Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens. Tennessee Valley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
