A native of Clinton, Nancy S. Bailey, 53, of Louisville, Ky., died Friday.

Mrs. Bailey was a former teacher for Louisville Public Schools. She was a member of Berea College and the University of Louisville Alumni Associations.

She was a former member of First Baptist Church in Clinton.

Her father, Thomas R. Shetterly, and grandmother, Laura C. Smith, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Royce H. Bailey of Louisville; a son, Mark J. Bailey of Louisville; daughter, Margaret B. DeNicola of Louisville; mother, Mrs. Lenora S. Shetterly of Clinton; uncle, Raymond W. Smith of Lakeside, Calif.; cousins, Maxine Hopwood of Oak Ridge; Carol Anne Earle and Bobby Johnson of Clinton.

Services were Monday at Pearson Funeral Home in Louisville with burial at Cave Hill Cemetery.
