LONNIE RICHARD BEACH
Age 80, of Lake City, passed away Monday, October 12, 1998, at his residence. He was a retired machinist with Union Carbide in Oak Ridge after which he worked several years as a police officer with the Campbell County Sheriff's Department. He was a member of Ridgeview Baptist
Church in Caryville. He is preceded in death by daughter, Rosemary Mayes; parents, William and Rose Foust Beach. He was born August 10, 1918, in Anderson County. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Angel and Michael Foust, Andersonville; sisters, Bonnie Beach, Lake City, Edna Duncan, Lake City; grandsons, John Michael Foust, Andersonville, Steven Mayes, Lake City, Edward
Mayes, Lake City; granddaughter, Susan Mayes, Lake City; special friend, Betty Carden, Lake City; a host of friends. The family will receive friends 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday, October 15, 1998, at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City with funeral service following at 8:30 p.m. in the chapel with the Rev. J.T.
Leach and Rev. Larry Watts officiating. Interment will be held 11 a.m. Friday, October 16, 1998, at Ridgeview Baptist Church Cemetery in Caryville. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home of Lake City in charge of all arrangements.
