Jacob Adam Cagle, 9 months, of Clinton died on Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville as a result of surgery complications.

the son of Dennis and Rebecca Chamblee Cagle of Clinton, Jacob was born on Dec. 23, 1989, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Knoxville.

In addition to his parents, Jacob is survived by his twin sister, Samantha Brittany Cagle; and grandparents, Clinton and Billie Cagle of Clinton, and Leo and Juanita Chamblee of the Blowing Springs community.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, Sept. 23, at the Tennessee Valley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Franklin Massengill officiating. Burial was in Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens.
