Mary Martin Caldwell, 80, of Andersonville, died Thursday in Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

Mrs. Caldwell was a member of Maynardville Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Silas and Susie Jane Keathley Martin; husband James E. Caldwell; sisters, Elizabeth King and Belva Gilliam’ and brother, Simpson Martin.

Survivors include sister, Lurlie Adkins of Hamilton, OH; nieces and spouses, Susie and George Barbee of Andersonville, Violet and Bobby Hunter of Covington, GA, Jeanette and Virgil Cole of South Gate, MI, Raefaun and Herman Kargle of West Chester, OH, Rooney Bean of Charleston WV, Mary Belle Smith of Detroit, MI, and Amelia and Katherine Sue Martin of Kileen, TX; nephews, Robert and James Akers of Prestonburg, KY, Earl Martin of Kileen, TX and Oliver Salsbury of Spring Hill, FL; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral service was in J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home in Pikeville, KY. Burial was in Davidson Memorial Gardens, Allen, KY.

Holley-Gamble Funeral Home was in charge of area arrangements.
