The Tennessee Hollow Baptist Church of Briceville was established in 1971. The church itself has seen many changes. The first building was built in 1971. After twelve years, the building needed to be replaced. So in 1983, a new church was built to accommodate the needs of a growing church. The fist pastor of the church was Rev. Albert Seiver who was elected
November 18, 1971. After serving the church for seven years his position was passed on to Rev. James Cox, elected April 10, 1978. Following his was J.B. Potter elected on September 17, 1980. Then came Clyde Kidwell elected on April 25, 1982. After the new church was built in 1983, Rev. Estell Jones was elected January 19, 1983. Following him came Rev. Kenneth Bean elected May 19, 1985. There after came Rev. Ray Hill elected September
14, 1986; Rev. Archie Seiber, May 21, 1988; Rev. Charles Bean, Jan. 10, 1990. Currently serving is Rev. Johnny Owens who was elected Feb. 10, 1991.
