ROBERT GLENN DABNEY, SR.
Age 55, of Clinton, passed away Monday, November 10, 1998, at Memorial Methodist Hospital. He was retired from Pinkerton Security Service in Knoxville. Preceded in death by father and mother, William P. and Mary M. Dabney; brothers, William P. Dabney, Sr., Raymond T. Dabney; sisters, Mary K. Dabney and Verla A. Dabney. Survivors: wife, Mary K. Dabney of Clinton; sons, Robert Dabney, Jr. and wife, Rosetta Dabney, Michael R. Dabney; daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Mark VanHuss, Wendy and Bryan Vowell, Karen and Michael Nation, Sr.; grandchildren, Joshua Dabney, Cody VanHuss, Michael Nation, Jr., Caitlin Nation, Chasity Simonds and Niki Simonds; sisters, Connie and Hazel Dabney; sister-in-law, Dot
Dabney; special nieces, Barb Holbert, Michelle Nelson and Kristi Loveday; special nephews, Gary Boshears and Paul Dabney, Jr.; several other relatives and special friend, Robert Miller. Funeral service 2 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 1998, at Holley-Gamble Funeral Chapel with Rev. Chris Thomas officiating. Interment Saturday, November 14, at Grandview Memorial Garden in Clinton following the funeral service. Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Friday, November 13, at Holley-Gamble Funeral
