Harold Dean Eastridge, 55, of Powell, formerly of Coalfield, died Monday at Fort Sanders Park West Medical Center after a long illness.

His parents, Eugene B. and Maxine Patrick Eastridge, preceded him in death.

Mr. Eastridge, an auto salesman, was owner and operator of Claxton Motor Co. He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include Gwenn Griffith of Powell; two children, Gregory Eastridge and wife, Judy of Knoxville; Tiffany Eastridge of Knoxville; four grandchildren, Dewayne and Natasha Eastridge, Jennifer Hunley and Shawn Williams; two sisters, Pat Eastridge of Coalfield and Fran Garrison of Knoxville.

Services were Friday in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs with Dr. Bill Edmonds and Dr. Steve Hodges officiating. Burial was at Estes Cemetery in Coalfield.
