Ida Mae Edington, 86, of Lake City, died Jan. 1 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
She was a member of the Jehovah Witness of Clinton.
Mrs. Edington was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Edington, in 1973; a daughter, Christina Giles, in 1984, and an infant son, Paul Edington.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Lucille and James Martin of Clinton; Patsy and Clyde Neer of Lake City; Betty and Marvin Childs of Clinton; daughters, Imogene Weaver and Juanita Price, both of Lake City; Dorothy Ezell of Madisonville, KY; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; step-daughters, Marie McGhee of Caryville; Pearlie Smith of Buena Park, CA; sister, Myrtle Settles of Andersonville; brother, Harvey Settles of Caryville.
Funeral services were held Friday at Cox Funeral Home. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery. Phillip D. Knudsen officiated.
