Rebecca A. Follis, 49, of Claxton, died Nov. 4 at her home.

A native of Lafayette, she had lived in the Claxton community for the past three years and in Knoxville for 17 after moving here from Macon County.

Mrs. Follis was employed by Shannon Industries in Knoxville. She was a member of Grove Height Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Norman L. Follis Sr. of Powell; two sons, Norman L. Follis Jr. of Powell; Justin Neal Follis of Knoxville; one daughter, Robin R. Roberts of Powell; one grandchild, Stephen Lee Roberts; two brothers, Sammy J. Adams of Knoxville; Curtis Lee Adams of Smithville; one sister, Nell Russell of Lafayette and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday in the chapel of Tennessee Valley Funeral Home with the Rev. J.E. Shoulders officiating. Burial was at Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens.
