Helen Gabrielski, 81, of Clinton, died Monday in Windwood Health and Rehab Center.

She was born April 17, 1912, in Poland, the daughter of Walter and Mary Olendzenski. Mrs. Gabrielski was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elkaza Gabrielski; a son, Thaddeus Gabrielski; and by her parents.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Dr. William Hicks of Clinton; grandchildren, Michael, Jonathan, Robert, Laura, Katherine, Mary Ann, Elizabeth, Susan, Daniel and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Christine and Alesha Hicks; and two nieces and one nephew.

Funeral service was 11 am Wednesday in St. Therese Catholic Church with Father Dan Whitman officiating. Burial was in Grandview Memorial Garden.

Memorials may be made to Arc of Anderson County, 401 Sulphur Springs Road, Clinton.

Holley-Gamble Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
