Orville Gallaher, 71, of Oliver Springs, died at his home on June 12.
His parents were the late Thomas Columbus and Mary Lively Gallaher. His wife, Bertha Lorene Gallaher, also died earlier.
Mr. Gallaher was a veteran of World War II. He had lived in Oliver Springs for 60 years, moving from Harlan, KY. He was a retired miner and construction employee.
Survivors include his children, Ed and wife, Diana Gallaher of Oliver Springs; Nadine and husband, Freddie Butler of Harriman; Ronald and wife Edna Gallaher of Oliver Springs; Brenda Kay and husband, Robert Lively of Oliver Springs; Bertha Jeannie Rains and husband, Don of Oak Ridge; Terry Wayne Gallaher and wife Penny Michelle of Oak Ridge; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Ethel and Leonard T. Wyrick of Oliver Springs.
Services were held Wednesday afternoon at Sharp Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. W. L. Moore officiating. Burial was at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
