Elinore Freels Gallion, 73, of Clinton, died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 1996, in Windwood Health Care Center.
Mrs. Gallion was a member of Farmers Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Bessie Fields Freels, and daughters, Mary Helen and Mildred Gallion.
Survivors are her husband, Elmer Gallion of Clinton; daughters, Barbara Gallion of Clinton and Betty White of Livingston; sons, Charles Gallion and wife, Nannie Gallion, of Clinton, and David Gallion and wife, Sadie Gallion, of Ft. Payne, AL; grandchildren, Jimmy and Jeff White and James Brooks; great-grandchildren, Nathan White, Devin Brooks and Makes Brooks IV; sisters, Margaret Hoskins of Clinton, Audrey Wood of Clinton and Jean Simmons of Oliver Springs; brothers, Alfred Freels of Clinton and Joe Freels of Karns; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Funeral services were conducted 11 am Saturday, Feb. 24, in Holley-Gamble Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Seeber and Rev. Bill Dawson officiating. Family received friends 7-9 pm Friday, Feb. 23. Interment was in Batley Cemetery, Clinton.
