Edith Emma Gaylor, 88, a resident of Oak Grove community, Lake City, died Saturday in Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Gaylor, and a son, Joseph Gaylor.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Sue Bunch of Lake City; a son, Bobby Gaylor of Lake City; five grandchildren, Jennifer Braden of Briceville, with whom she made her home, Steve Gaylor of Powell, Jeffery Bunch of Lake City, Karen Gaylor of Bristol, and Beverly Rasnick of Glade Springs, VA; four great-grandsons; a brother, Glen Johnson of Knoxville; two sisters, Eva Webb of Lake City and Lillie Goins of Powell; and step-sister, Mrs. George Hill of Lake City.
Funeral service was Monday in Martin’s Lake City Chapel with the Rev. Ernest Ward officiating. Burial was Tuesday in Oak Grove Cemetery.
