Mossie Ruth Hutchison, age 74, of Andersonville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2002 at Mariner Health Care Center of Norris.

She was born Dec. 16, 1927 in Union County.

She was a member of Bryams Fork Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by: parents, John and Nancy Ann Carroll Branum; brothers, Arlie, Byrd, Herbert and Schyler Branum; sister, Eula Smith.

Survivors: husband, William Hutchison of Andersonville; daughter, Ramona Martin and husband, Eddie of Andersonville; grandchildren, Paige and Blake Martin of Andersonville; several nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to Mariner Health Care Center and to Adventis Hospice of Knoxville.

The family received friends 6-8 pm Friday, Jan. 24, 2002 at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home of Clinton with the funeral service following at 8 pm in the chapel with the Rev. Clyde Gray officiating.

Interment is 10 am Saturday, Jan. 25, 2002 at New Loyston Cemetery.

Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
