Christine Jackson, age 75, Lake City, passed away Thursday, march 16, 2000 at Windwood Health Care Center in Clinton.

She was born April 20, 1924 in Tennessee. She enjoyed crocheted.

Preceded in death by: Parents, Charlie and Effie Seward, brother, Jim Seward; sisters, Jentivee Edward and Valeria Leach.

Survivors: Daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Bill Phillips of Lake City, Sue and Richard Setsor of Jasper, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Herman and Jean Seward of Toledo, OH; sister-in-law, Mary Ruth Seward of Macon, GA; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was 6-8 pm Friday, March 17, 2000, at Cox-Martin Funeral Home, Lake City. Funeral was 8 pm Friday, March 17, 2000, in the Cox-Martin Chapel with the Rev. Elmer Thomas officiating. Interment was 11 am Saturday, March 18, 2000, at Island Home Cemetery.
