Glen Leo Jackson, 69, of Vasper
community, died
Thursday in Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Mr. Jackson was
a member of Vasper
Baptist Church and was retired from TVA, Bull Run Steam Plant.
He
was preceded in death
by his mother, Mae Phillips.
Survivors include his wife, Inez
Jackson of Vasper; daughters
and sons-in-law, Sue Anne and Jimmy Ledford, Barbara and Jack Binch,
Sandy and Steve Burress, all
of LaFollette and Pam and Clyde Powers of California; stepfather, Clyde
Phillips of Vasper; sister,
Joyce Rutherford of Coalfield; eight grandchildren; and a host of other
relatives and
friends.
Funeral service will be 3 pm Sunday in Vasper Baptist
Church with the Rev. Caswell
Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in New Vasper
Cemetery.
Martin Funeral Home in Lake
City is in charge of arrangements.
