Ida Trible Jackson, 76, Oliver Springs died Saturday, in the family home
Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker and member of
Fellowship Baptist
Church of Mossy Grove. A Whitwell native, she lived in the Oliver
Springs area for the past 53
years.
Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her parents, Parley
Jones and Essie Smidley
Jones.
Survivors include her husband, Harlan Jackson of Oliver
Springs; sons and daughters-
in-law, Willard Ray and Bobbie Jackson and Charles and Glenda Jackson,
all of Oliver Springs;
daughters and sons-in-law, Hattie and Bobby White of Clinton and Mildred
and Donald Russell of Oliver
Springs; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Martha Register and Coleen and
Bob Andreu, all of Lake
City, Fla.; grandchildren, Melissa Douglas, Charlene White, Billy Ray
Jackson, Harlan Jackson, Tabitha
Jackson, Kim Lawson, Jodi Russell, Tracy Weaver, Regina McCoy, Stephany
Russell and Courtney
Russell; great-grandchildren, Joshua Grizzle, Lerissa Douglas, Jordan
White, Amber Nolan and Cruz
Nolan; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was Monday
in Sharp Funeral Home
chapel with the Rev. Garvin Walls officiating. Graveside service and
burial followed in Anderson
Memorial Gardens.
