Juanita Jackson, 73, of Coalfield,
died Monday in
Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Mrs. Jackson, a life-long
resident of this area, was
a homemaker and member of Indian Creek Primitive Baptist
Church.
She was preceded in
death by her parents, Eugene and Laura Taylor Green; husband, Lawrence
Renfroe Jackson; two
children, James Robert Lively and Grace Jackson; and five brothers, Frank
Green, Harlan Green,
Carlan Green, Dude Green and Willard Jones.
Survivors include
daughters and sons-in-law,
Essie and Bob Truesdale of Dayton, Ohio, Nannie Lee and Buster Davenport
of Oakdale, Frankie and
Burl Daugherty of Coalfiled, Anna Sue and Howard Lowry of Concork, NC,
Dorothy Maire and William
Lively of Oakdale, Dee Dee and Kenny Knight of Wartburg, and Lisa and
Tony Hill of Oliver Springs;
son and daughter-in-law, Freddie and Bobbie Jackson of Oliver Springs;
brother and sister-in-law,
Charles "Cotton" and Mary Jones of Lake City; 29 grandchildren and 33
great-
grandchildren.
Funeral service was 2 pm Wednesday in Indain Creek
Primitive Baptist Church
with the Rev. Freddie Vann officiating. Burial followed in the church
cemetery.
