Matilda Rosena Jaeger, 51, of 622 Webber Lane, Clinton, died Tuesday at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

Mrs. Jaeger was born Oct. 27, 1941, in Jackhorn, Ky. Her father was the late Woodrow W. Phillips. A son, Patrick Jaeger, Jr., also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Patrick Jaeger of Clinton, who is retired from the U.S. Navy; sons, Timothy W. Jaeger, and wife, Sherry, of Clinton; Phillip F. Jaeger and Francis T. Jaeger, both of Clinton; one granddaughter, Natasha Renee Jaeger; grandson, Matthew Eric Jaeger; and mother, Sarah M. Phillips of Clinton; sisters, Ileane Caudill of Jamestown, Ky.; Sharlene Sexton of Warren, Mich.; Janice Treadway of Leroy, Mich.; Ann Bitle of Green Rock, Ill.; Frances Ritchie of Clinton; brothers, James Phillips of Alger, Mich.; Tommy Phillips of Kona, Ky.; Richard Phillips of Memphis; Carlos Phillips of Neon, Ky., and Woodrow Phillips Jr. of Seco, Ky.

Services will be at 8:30 pm Thursday at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at 10:30 am Friday at Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7 - 8:30 pm Thursday.
