Willie Mae James, 87, a resident of Main Street Terrace Care Center, in Lancaster, Ohio, died Tuesday at Lancaster Fairfield Community Hospital.

She was born May 5, 1906, in Lake City to the late William and Nancy Louabelle Keys Irick. Her husband, Frank Spurgeon James, and a brother, Sam Irick, preceded her in death.

Survivors include daughters, Margaret Anderson of Clearwater, Fla.; Dorothy Ehmann of Chicago, Ill.; a son, Frank James of Long Beach, Calif.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Eleanor Worthington of Akron, Ohio.

Services will be at 4 pm Thursday at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 pm Thursday.
