William Roscoe Kelley, 80, formerly of Claxton, died Thursday in Windwood Health and Rehab. Center.

Mr. Kelley was a member of Zion Baptist Church and a retired brick layer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Lucy Roop Kelley; brothers, James and Ray Kelley; and sisters, Eva Diggs and Evelyn Kelley.

Survivors include sister, Leota Scarbrough of Knoxville; brother, Kenneth Kelley of Clitnon; sisters-in-law, Georgia Kelley of Clitnon and Beatrice Kelley of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Sunday in Holly-Gamble Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Zion Baptist Cemetery.
