Mollie Hite Kidwell, 72, 4421 Hollingsworth Circle, Clinton, died on Friday, Oct. 5, at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.

A lifelong resident of Anderson County, she was a member of the Deep Springs Baptist Church. She worked as a seamstress for Levi Strauss Co. in Knoxville, among other jobs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Kidwell. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David and Marie Hunt of Huntsville, AL; one granddaughter, Rebecca Ann Hunt of Tampa, FL; one brother, Leslie Harvey of Cincinnati, OH and one sister-in-law, Opal Hite of Rosedale.

Funeral services were Sunday, Oct. 7, at the Deep Springs Baptist Church. The burial immediately followed at the Sartin Cemetery. The Rev. Delbert Payne officiated. Martin Funeral Home in Lake City was in charge of arrangements.
