Ruby Inez Kidwell, 78, Oak Street, Clinton, died Thursday at her home.

She was born Dec. 9, 1914, in Anderson County to the late George T. and Lora Messamore Kidwell. Two sisters, Sidna Wilson and Mary Weaver, preceded her in death.

Miss Kidwell worked for 30 years at Magnet Mill as a seamer. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles.

Survivors include a sister, Bessie Bullock of Clinton, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 pm Sunday at Martin Clinton Funeral Home with the Rev. Luther Kidwell and the Rev. Jim Ault officiating. Burial will be at Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
