Dale Lamphier, 40 of Garden City, Mich., died Monday at his home of a massive heart attack.

A native of Michigan, he was employed by Ford Motor Company. Mr. Lamphier attended Temple Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Jane Cox Lamphier; a son, Dale Lamphier Jr. and a daughter, Chris Lamphier, all of Michigan; mother, Elizabeth Lamphier; three brothers, Charles Lamphier of California; Bill and David Lamphier, both of Michigan; mother-in-law, Jane Cox White of Clinton, Rt. 1, and father-in-law, Raymond Cox of Charles Seivers Blvd., Clinton.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Thursday at Cox Cemetery with Dr. Robert Burns officiating.

Holley Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
