Margaret Cox Maloy, 82, of Anderson County died suddenly March 31, 1996 in her home.

Mrs. Maloy was born March 23, 1917, in Anderson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob Charles and Verna Cox; sister, Wilda Cox Montero; and husband, John Charles Maloy.

Survivors are a sister, Irene Cox Brock of Miami, FL; brothers, Frank Cox of Anderson County, Claude Cox and J.C. Cox Jr., both of Virginia Beach, VA; Samuel Cox of Dallas, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and interment are 2 pm Thursday, April 4, in Knoxville National Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Bridges officiating.

Friends may call at their convenience in Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, Clinton.
