Birdell Lovedahl Martin, 72, of Clinton, died Tuesday in Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

Mrs. Martin was a member of Second Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Ethel Woods Lovedahl.

Survivors include her husband, Troy D. Martin of Clinton; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Cecil Rayborn of Kingston; grandchildren, Randy and Robin Rayborn of Kingston; sisters, Martha Craft of Clinton and Anna Mills of Waynesville, NC; brother, Odell Lovedahl of Cullowhee, NC; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service was Thursday in Holley-Gamble Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Gary Swaggerty officiating. Graveside service was Friday in McCarty Woodhaven Memorial Garden, Claxton.

Holley-Gamble Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
