Everette Franklin McCloud, 75, died Friday morning at his home on Valley Drive, Clinton.

Mr. McCloud was a member of the Valley View United Methodist Church. He was retired from the Sunshine Biscuit Co. in Knoxville after 32 years as a truck driver for the firm.

A veteran of World War II, he served with the Army.

Survivors include his wife, Naomi Conner McCloud; a sister-in-law, Eva Jane Nelson of Clinton; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services were held Sunday at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Jenkins officiating. Burial was at Valley View UMC Cemetery with military honors conducted at graveside.
