Carl McKamey, 65, of Lake City Rt. 1, died Feb. 21, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.

He was born June 24, 1927, in Lake City to the late Courtland and Ethel Coker McKamey.

Mr. McKamey was of the Baptist faith. He was retired from the Youngstown Sheet and Tool Co. in Gary, IN., and was a veteran of the Army.

Survivors include sisters, Molly King of Portage, IN; Violet Lindsay of Lake City and Lillian Kirk and husband Robert of Stroh, IN; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Genece McKamey of Chattanooga and other relatives.

Services were Feb. 22 in the Martin Funeral Home chapel in Lake City with the Rev. Steve McKamey officiating. Graveside services were Tuesday at Leach Cemetery.
