Edna Moore, 69, of Clinton died Wednesday, May 8, 1996, in Briarcliff Health Care Center.

Before retiring, Miss Moore worked for W.K. Ghomley 5 & 10 Store then for Gann's Variety Store, Clinton. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph H. Moore Sr. and Elizabeth Currier Moore.

Survivors are sister and brothers-in-law, Cora Lee and Clifford Wilson of Clinton, Mary and Cecil Cate of Powell and Jo Ann and Jack Hill of Lake City; brothers, Joe H. Moore of Clinton, Avon Lee Moore of Clinton and Jess Moore and wife Doris, of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews.

Family received friends 7-9 p.m. Thursday, May 9, in Holley Gamble Funeral Home, Clinton. Graveside services were 10 a.m. Friday, May 10, in Pleasant View Cemetery, Clinton, with Dr. Raymond Sanderson officiating.
