James Edward Ollis, 75, of Oliver
Springs, died
Wednesday in Johnson Nursing Center.
Mr. Ollis was a World War I I
veteran, a retired truck
driver and a lifelong Oliver Springs resident. He was of the Baptist
faith.
He was preceded in
death by his parents, John W. and Sophie Ann Mitchell Ollis; and his
wife, Mildred Lois Turpin Ollis.
Mr. Ollis is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral
service was Friday in Sharp
Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Stubbs and the Rev. Don Pride
officiating.
Graveside service and burial were Saturday in Anderson
Memorial
Gardens.
