Ella Mae Parker, 84, died at her home on Oak Road in Norris on Thursday morning. She was a native of Parrottsville and the daughter of the late William A. and Julia Blair Williams. Her husband, Glenn Parker, died in 1974, and a daughter, Alice Elizabeth Parker, also preceded her in death.

A homemaker, she was a member of First Baptist Church of Norris.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Mildred and Horace Williams of Florence, SC.; Sylvia and Wilbur Harris of Powell and Vonda Parker of Norris; son, Ralph Parker of Tulsa, Okla.; brother, Frank Williams of Elyria, Ohio; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are to be at 2 pm Sunday at First Baptist in Norris with the Rev. T. D. Hooker, the Rev. Wayne Province and the Rev. Troy Christopher officiating. Burial will be in Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens.
