Eula Beatrice Vaughn, 73, of
West Raccoon
Valley Road in Heiskell died Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Fort Sanders
Medical Center.
Mrs.
Vaughn was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, and she loved flowers
and enjoyed spending
time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband,
Fred Vaughn, in
1988.
Survivors include son, Jerry Lynn Vaughn of Heiskell and
James Fred Vaughn of
Renton, Wash.; daughters, Lynda Barnette of Powell, Mrs. Jack (Betty)
Anderson of Heiskell, and
Mrs. Edd (Barbara) Webb of Knoxville; 13 grandchildren; sisters Katherine
Childress of Kingsport and
Vena Price of Castlewood, Va.; half-sisters, Tiny, Lexie Ruth and Doris;
half-brothers, Elmer, Joe
Bailey, Sam Jack and Harry; and several nieces and nephews.
The
funeral was held on
Saturday, Sept.15, at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home chapel. The Rev.
Gale Lyon and the Rev.
Harold Ogle officiated.
Burial was at the Tennessee Valley Memory
Gardens. Holley Gamble
Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
