Timothy Aaron Ward, 3- month old son of Tim and Lisa Phillips Ward of Coalfield, died Monday at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville of heart problems.

He was preceded in death by his parental grandparents, L.M. and Aline Ward.

Survivors also include his maternal grandparents, Jewel and Elmer Phillips of Devonia; and maternal great-grandparents, Dewey and Bessie Phillips of Devonia.

Services were Wednesday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Lee Phillips officiating. Burial was in Phillips Cemetery in Devonia.
