Philosophy and Goals: The Animal Rescue and Foster Program promotes the well being of animals through providing foster homes, medical care, sustenance, socialization, and adoption services for orphan and stray kittens and puppies. The ARFP promotes and supports the spaying and neutering of these animals. The Animal Rescue and Foster Program values each animal's life as special and unique and through time, care, nurturing, and training works to cultivate loving, social, and healthy pets.
