Camp fliers coming out first week in April
End of Year Party for Leaders -
May 17th - 6:30 p.m.

Event Guidelines: All events through the council ,
contact Kris in Bismarck
if interested in an event.
Budget due 1 month before event -
no going over budget -
if so , no planning events for 1 year.
No adding expenses without approval,
no purchasing supplies without PO#.
Older girls 6th grade and up - must plan
the events and contact the people needed.
They are also responsible
for keeping track of their hours.
