Coconut Custard Pie

Scald 2 1/3 cups of milk
add 4 eggs, well beaten
and 2/3 cup sugar
pinch nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coconut

Pour into an unbaked pie shell.  Bake at 425 degrees,
for 25 to 30 minutes, until set.

Makes one 10 inch pie.
