Ginger Chicken

Good ginger flavour with a wee bit of bite. Add more cayenne pepper if desired.
Chicken parts, skin removed Canned diced tomatoes |

Arrange chicken in 3 1/2 quart (3.5 L) slow cooker.
Combine remaining 8
ingredients in bowl. Stir well. Pour over chicken.
Cover. Cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3½ to 4
hours.
Spoon off any fat. Make gravy with remaining juice. Serves 4 to 6.
