Chicken Hurry

One of the quickest to assemble, with no pre-browning.

Chicken parts
Ketchup
Water
Brown sugar, packed
Onion soup mix (envelope)
  2½ - 3 lbs
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1½ oz.
1.1 - 1.4 kg

50 mL
50 mL
42.5 g

Arrange chicken parts in small roaster or casserole. In small bowl,
combine ketchup, water, sugar and soup mix. Mix well. Spoon over
chicken making sure some is on every piece. Bake covered in 350ºF
(180ºC) oven for at least 1 hour, until very tender. Serves 4 to 6.
