alien do make the following report of myself and declaration of intention
of becoming a citizen of the Uninted States to with: I am a native of Ireland
born in June 1816 being know about 24 years of age migrated from
Galway in Ireland on the 8th day of May AD 1837 and arrived in New
York City in June AD1837 and owe my allegiance to Victoria Queen of
the Uninted Kingdom of Great Britain & Ireland And I do also declare
that it is bona fide my intention to become a citizen of the Uninted States of
America and of the State of Indiana and to renounce forever all
alligiance & fidelity to any forign service _____ State or Soverignty whatever
and particularly to Victoria Queen of the Uninted Kingdom of Great Britain &
