It has been over six and a half years now since we were married, and you talk about new beginnings! The "continuing" is now continuing! And its just like a job, except a lot more fun(at times!). When it seemed like the "newness" of it all had grasp hold, and reality had set in, that is when I, Rob, knew it was love. And our love is only growing, not only for each other but for those around us. Instead of the two people we were when we met in a chat room, we are now growing together as one. We have shared what we have learned, experienced, and felt. We have strived to learn reach out as well as reach within. Seeing life through the others eyes as if they were ours. Sharing wants and needs, and striving toward a balance. A balance in life where words become secondary, and glances, thoughts and actions take center stage. A life as spontaneous and as fun as courtship was. A life that defines our love for each other as "I need you, and I want you!" It's not always been as we have wanted, but you can't always get what you want! It's what we live though, and that is as fine of living as I have ever dreamed of. Sure, we have our problems, our disagreements and its hard work at times. But because we love each other like we do, we are able to lean on each other and find solutions. And through it all, we try to do what the best we can at making a new life for us all!

Because the wife I have in Donna, is more than any mortal being could imagine, I count my blessings each and every day. She is the picture you see next to "wonderful" in the dictionary. She is the super-hero in all of my dreams and fantasies. I Love her sooooooooooooooo much, and if I could ever show her just how much, I will have lived a full life. I only want to love her as much as she can be loved and as much as she loves me...and that is more and more each hour, minute, and second of each day!!!

We can see the horizon now, and our journey has begun. It has needed faith and maintainence, but the nurturing we give it will pay off big-time. This we know, and only wish more people could see what a difference it makes. But it only works when you care. We both care more than words can express, but we care because want to and need to. Our love is too strong and too deep not to give it the best. And the rewards are awesome!

One more thing...I, Rob, would like to take this opportunity to tell the whole world that I love Donna more than I have ever dreamed about loving anything or anyone! She IS my life now! Thank you Honey!

It is the year 2003. A transfer to Shawnee Mission, Kansas in April. Only to last till July. When our biggest wish finally comes true. I get my transfer to Concordia, Kansas just 30 miles from our home. We are finally in one place as one family. A year we will truly be grateful for. A dream we have waited six years to have come true. We began here on the internet. No matter what the obstacles, we have ended up together. So for anyone who thinks internet relationships can't work, look at us. And there are many like us. The internet filled a void in our lives and gave us the loves of each others lives. The internet kept the miles from seeming so big and made them seem so small. And the internet helped us find the answer to being in one place. Our advice to those who have met the love of their life on the internet is never give up, never lose faith and let the internet keep you close till your dream can come true. If it's right, it will happen.

It is the year 2005 and we have been together for 8 years now. We live in the same city and raise our children together. The internet is a stepping stone to meeting new people and maybe even the one you have been waiting for all your life. The internet can't make a relationship be perfect or even last. That takes people to accomplish. It does give you the passage to meet people from all over the world.

It is the year 2006 and we have reached 9 years. We are still in the same city with only one more child to finish raising. We have learned that it gets tougher the longer you are together. As many already know there is three keys to a successful marriage. First is Honesty. Second is Trust. Third is Communication. There will always be more keys to a successful marriage. Do make sure you try with all your heart to maintain the first three and if you can, all the others seem so easy. Suggestions would be to try not to lose all those little things that meant so much in the beginning of your relationship. Sometimes the little things mean the most.
